Shekinah & Sarper: Closet Chaos & Breakup Threats!

Shekinah and Sarper find themselves at a crossroads once more, their relationship hanging in the balance.
Barely a month after Sarper’s relocation to Los Angeles to be with Shekinah, the possibility of his return to Turkey looms large following a heated argument that has left them questioning their future marriage plans. In a recent episode, Shekinah played a recording of their emotionally charged dispute.
“What is your problem?” Shekinah can be heard asking Sarper, who retorts, “My problem is your face. I know that f—— face.”
Shekinah, clearly taken aback, responds, “Do you understand how crazy you sound right now?” Sarper then shouts back, “You are useless!”
Shekinah, explaining that she had prepared dinner for Sarper after “working all day,” becomes increasingly upset. “You say f— you to me, and now you’re leaving?”
“F— this life,” Sarper declares. “Okay. I really hate this life, and I’m going back to my country.”
The scene shifts to Sarper at a park, attempting to cool down. He reads a text message from Shekinah detailing his words during their fight.
“I won’t let you drive my car, I am hard to live with, it is hard to live with my dogs,” he quotes, before stating, “I didn’t say such a thing.”
“I feel myself useless,” he continues. “Everything piled up, that depression, and I said it’s enough. That’s all. I just go downstairs, don’t talk with her, let the time solve something, and this is where we are right now. We are not talking. Two strangers in the same house.”
Back at their home, Shekinah reveals that Sarper is sleeping on the couch, describing their current atmosphere as “so tense” and “so awkward.”
“He was adjusting more to LA life,” she observes. “I took him to some parties in LA. He loved them. It was just the other day that everything changed. He was in a bad mood. He was treating me like s—. He was being such an asshole.”
“I have made such huge adjustments for him to live here,” she adds. “There’s no room in my closet for my clothes. Like, I have all of his stuff hung up.”
Shekinah also mentions her plans to secure an office space for her aesthetician business, which she currently operates from home.
“I just feel like he doesn’t even appreciate it,” she laments. “And it was different at his place when we were fighting because I could leave. And here, I can’t leave my place. Like, this is my place. I’m not just going to leave.”
Sarper, feeling his “motivation drops with each day that passes” during his 90 days in the United States, reaches out to his friend Füsun in Turkey, seeking guidance on his next course of action.
“Yesterday, I just went to my computer to book a flight and I chose the seats, the dates, everything, just one button,” he reveals. “And I thought, ‘Sarper, don’t be impulsive. Because if you do it, there is no turning back.'”
“I’m going to sit and talk to her,” he continues. “I hate this uncertainty. We’re either gonna be good or we break up and I f— off and leave this country.”
Reflecting on the possibility of single life, Sarper jokes about adding 3,500 more women to his experiences if the relationship ends.
“The next conversation that I will do with her has to be, ‘We are okay, but we are changing or it’s over,'” he asserts. “If I go back to my country, I will burn everything. I will never remember if there is Shekinah or not. I promise to myself this. It’s up to her.”
The future of Shekinah and Sarper’s relationship remains uncertain. Stay tuned for more updates from Eternal Pen.
