Billy Ray & Liz Hurley: Unexpected Romance Ignites! See the Kiss.
Billy Ray Cyrus and Elizabeth Hurley are sharing their affection with the world.
On Wednesday, April 30, the 63-year-old country music star posted an Instagram photo showing him and the 59-year-old actress sharing a kiss on a picturesque, tree-lined path.
In the image, Cyrus is wearing a khaki shirt, light-wash jeans, and gray boots, topped off with a cowboy hat. Hurley is pictured in a flowing white dress and brown boots.
Cyrus simply captioned the photo with a red heart, letting the image speak for itself. He also shared the picture on his Instagram Stories, set to his song “Missing You.”
Hurley responded to the public display of affection by commenting, “❤you xx.”
Hurley’s son, Damian Hurley, 23, added a sweet, “Awwww ❤️.”
Dating rumors began around Easter when the couple shared a joint Instagram post featuring an affectionate photo. The snapshot showed Cyrus kissing Hurley’s cheek as they leaned against a white picket fence. Their romance was soon confirmed.
A source close to Cyrus shared that he and Hurley have known each other for several years, having met on the set of the 2022 film *Christmas in Paradise*.
“Liz is great and visited him for Easter. They’ve been seeing each other romantically for a little bit. And how lucky is he? Liz is lovely,” the source stated. “She’s very warm, positive and the best to be around.”
Cyrus later recounted their meeting, recalling the experience on Apple Music Country’s *The Ty Bentli Show*.
“We did very few scenes together but the couple times we were in the same scene there was a chemistry there. We just laughed, and it was at a time I wasn’t laughing a lot,” Cyrus said of Hurley.
“The oddest part was first, how much we laughed,” he continued. “Second, I figured we were so different but in some very strange way we had way more in common than we had different.”
During the interview, Cyrus also hinted that fans would see a photo of Hurley kissing him, like the one recently shared on his Instagram.
Explaining his actions, Cyrus noted that “people have been saying, ‘Why’s he always kissing her?'”
“Unfortunately, when I see her, when she puts her cheek out there, I don’t know what happens, I just kiss it,” he said.
