Robyn Lively’s Support: Baldoni Lawsuit Dismissed

Blake Lively recently received a heartwarming show of support from her sister, Robyn Lively, through a series of touching Instagram posts.

Robyn began by sharing a throwback photo of herself and Blake, captioning it “…then.”

She then followed up with a more current picture, captioned “…now,” before posting a photo of the sisters posing together in Paris with the iconic Eiffel Tower in the background.

“…and always,” Robyn wrote alongside the Paris photo, adding a red heart emoji. In the comments, she expressed, “No one knows you quite like I do, and man am I ever proud of you … I love you sister.”

Blake reshared all three posts on her Instagram Stories, set to the tune of Donna Lewis’ “I Love You Always Forever.”

Over the third shot, she wrote, “I love you more. Always. Forever. Near or far. Closer together,” referencing Lewis’ lyrics. The *Gossip Girl* alum also added a heart graphic that read, “I love you so, so hard, like the most ever.”

These posts came after Judge Lewis J. Liman granted the motion to dismiss the $400 million lawsuit filed by Justin Baldoni and the Wayfarer Parties against Blake and Ryan Reynolds, which alleged extortion and defamation, on Monday, June 9, as well as his $250 million defamation lawsuit against a major publication.

The judge did note, however, that Baldoni’s legal team can still amend the claims for breach of implied contract and tortious interference with contract if they choose to, with a deadline of June 23.

Following the news of the dismissal, Blake’s lawyers, Mike Gottlieb and Esra Hudson, issued a statement declaring it a “total victory and a complete vindication” for the actress.

Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, expressed his disagreement with the ruling in an interview, stating that the news was “not fair” and “not right.”

Robyn had previously voiced her support for Blake in May, after Blake alluded to her legal battle with Baldoni in her TIME100 gala speech the month prior.

“[I’m] very proud. Just so you know, very proud,” Robyn said, as her husband and fellow actor Bart Johnson reiterated that the couple was “super proud” of Blake.

“That’s a tough thing to navigate, so we’re proud,” Johnson, 54, added, as Robyn reiterated, “To say we’re proud is an understatement.”

Blake and Baldoni’s trial — during which both are expected to testify — is currently scheduled for March 2026. Stay tuned for more updates from Eternal Pen, bringing you stories of connection and support.
