Emma Chamberlain is embracing this stage of life she’s in.

Fresh off her 24th birthday, the multi-hyphenate influencer — who has solidified herself as an entrepreneur, podcaster, content creator and fashionista over the years — has a lot to celebrate, and spoke with PEOPLE exclusively about it all.

Top of mind is Chamberlain’s history-making partnership with Pinterest in collaboration with her self-started business Chamberlain Coffee, a coffee brand launched by the influencer in December 2019 rooted in her now-synonymous love for the caffeinated beverage since childhood.

In fact, the partnership — Pinterest’s first-ever co-branded product in its 15-year history — comes at a significant time for Chamberlain, who tells PEOPLE exclusively that she’s been on her “sober journey” for “a long time now” and would rather a coffee shop as her preferred late-night hang.

“If I petition for this, then I need to start doing it at the Chamberlain Coffee coffee shops — and I think the team will hate me, but I wish coffee shops were open at 11:00 p.m.,” she says. “I don’t want to go get a glass of wine. I want to go get an espresso at 11:00 p.m. You know what I’m saying?”

“Listen, that’s a lot from a business standpoint for everyone,” she continues, explaining, “But I love coffee shops to that extent where it’s late at night and I’m like, ‘I want to go hang somewhere. I wish I could go to a coffee shop.’ That would be so nice.”

Chamberlain adds, “I’m the perfect person for that because I’m also on my sober journey for a long time now, so I have all the data needed in my own brain. Maybe I’ll figure something out. That is a fun idea.”

This unconventional idea tracks for Chamberlain, a creative at the core who fearlessly — and effortlessly — trendsets whether she intends to or not, which is another reason why her team-up with Pinterest makes sense.

“This could not be more kindred, to be honest, because I’ve been a Pinterest girly for literally ever,” she tells PEOPLE. “I remember in high school during lunch scrolling on Pinterest, making boards — and as my career progressed, it just was… honestly like a best friend throughout the journey.”

Of the aesthetic-curation platform, Chamberlain says she would use it to come up with “creative concepts for literally everything… whether it’s fashion ideas or YouTube video ideas or even podcast ideas, and then infinite Chamberlain Coffee ideas.”

Now, the influencer is launching a limited-edition Sea Salt Toffee flavored blend on June 17 inspired by the platform’s annual Pinterest Predicts “Fisherman Aesthetic” trend. The idea behind the coastal-infused campaign goes deeper than that for Chamberlain, who’s nostalgic at the thought.

“It’s a bit more gritty and maybe a bit more realistic, like hanging out in a small fishing town, which is actually something that I used to do every summer as a kid on the East Coast for 15 years of my life,” she shares when breaking down the fisherman aesthetic.

“I went to Maine every summer and very much experienced quite literally this now massive aesthetic of what it’s like to hang out in a small fisherman’s town,” Chamberlain continues, adding, “Which is an aesthetic and a feeling that I truly adore [and] have a personal attachment to… It feels real.”

Drawing a line between work and life is something that Chamberlain has toggled with since finding viral fame on YouTube at age 16 in 2017, an interesting dynamic that she says she’s “come to terms with” despite it being “incredibly overlapped.”

At the same time, however, the Anything Goes podcast host considers the personal and professional crossover “part of the magic” of her job because “a lot of the work is really fun,” she says. The coffee-of-it-all, too, hits home.

“I think my love for coffee started honestly at the environment of coffee shops,” she shares. “I fell in love with coffee shops first just because my parents, since I was a very young child, have been taking me to coffee shops, and it was a very comforting and special environment.”

Even before bringing Chamberlain Coffee into existence, Chamberlain has made coffee her personal brand as seen in her YouTube vlogs, from her coffee shop hops and hauls (remember when she tried every coffee shop in LA?) to her homemade coffee concoctions videos which boast millions of views.

“I had to learn my own limits with caffeine,” she jokes. “When I was younger, I could drink endless. And as I got older and more anxious, I was like, ‘Alright, I limit myself to around three drinks a day’…  I think as long as your body feels good.”

And Chamberlain has been feeling just that, especially as she enters this new chapter of her life as a freshly-minted 24-year-old who’s embarking on new career ventures — but at the same time, is content with “maintenance.”

“I think I’ve really gotten to a really beautiful place in my life in the last year or so where I’m just feeling really inspired,” she tells PEOPLE, adding, “I’ve really figured out how to nurture the creative side of my brain. I’m very productive and I’m much more emotionally stable.”

Chamberlain’s work-life perspective, in a way, mirrors her approach to crafting the perfect cup of coffee — and crafting flavors like her latest Sea Salt Toffee flavored blend, a combination of what “sounds good” and “what’s yummy.”

She concludes, “It’s just about getting it to that perfect balance.”
