Jason Segel’s Sweetest Dance: Engagement Bliss with Kayla Radomski
Jason Segel and Kayla Radomski have some exciting news: they are engaged!
The *So You Think You Can Dance* alumna, 34, shared the happy announcement of her engagement to the actor, 45, on Instagram on Wednesday, June 18, with a simple and joyous, “FOREVER YES 💍♥️.”
Radomski posted five photos capturing the surprise proposal, which unfolded in a picturesque garden adorned with pink and red flowers, and classical Greek statues. The first image shows Radomski, hands to her mouth, clearly surprised as Segel kneels to propose. Subsequent photos show the couple smiling, admiring the ring after Segel placed it on her finger. Another picture captures them holding hands at a table illuminated by candlelight, with a bottle of champagne chilling nearby.
“Best day of my life,” Radomski wrote in an Instagram Story, resharing her original post.
The couple’s relationship was first noted in October 2023 when they were seen holding hands at Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights.
A few months later, Segel and Radomski – whose birthdays are conveniently one day apart on January 18 and 19 – made their red carpet debut at the 2024 Golden Globe Awards in January, where Segel was nominated for his performance in the Apple TV+ comedy, *Shrinking*. Segel wore a classic three-piece tuxedo, while Radomski stunned in a sparkling silver gown.
Following the event, Radomski expressed her pride in Segel in an Instagram post, stating, “I am so incredibly proud of you!!!! What a dream. You are absolutely one of the hardest working and most deserving humans on this planet. My Golden Globe Nominee! I love that we got to spend a whole day celebrating YOU and your talent!!! I love you so much baby!”
Radomski also accompanied the *Forgetting Sarah Marshall* star to the Emmys, where he received another nomination for his leading role in *Shrinking*, this time in the category of outstanding lead actor in a comedy series. Radomski complemented Segel’s black tuxedo with a black bustier gown featuring lace and floral details.
“@jasonsegel We wouldn’t be here without your hard work and determination. I am always amazed watching your drive and love for what you do. You inspire me every single day,” she wrote in a January 2024 Instagram post showcasing photos from the event. “I cannot wait to continue to watch you thrive and create more magic throughout your life. Thank you for loving me and being the best man this lady could dream up. I love you.”
Since then, Radomski has continued to share her affection for her now-fiancé online, posting moments from their daily lives and romantic getaways. More recently, Radomski celebrated Segel’s 2025 Golden Globes nomination, again for his performance in *Shrinking*.
“I have seen the work and dedication you put into not just your work, but everything you do,” she captioned her January Instagram post, along with pictures from the big night. “You continue to amaze me every single day. Anyone who gets the honor to know you is so lucky. I am beyond proud of you and cannot wait to see all that is ahead. I love you beyond words!!!”
