Khloé Kardashian shared that fillers helped repair the deep indentation that was left in her cheek following skin cancer surgery in 2022.
“I don’t know if you guys remember, but I had a tumor removed from my face,” Khloé, 40, said in a May 4 video shared to her Instagram stories, where she referenced the large melanoma she had removed from her cheek.

“I’ll always have a little line here and I’ll always have these little nodules here, a little bit. I don’t know if I’ll always have them, but I’ll have them for a little bit,” she said, explaining that she was “still healing” even though “Goodness, it’s been a couple of years now, which is crazy.”
The The Kardashians star went on to praise “my girls at 7Q Spa” who she said “changed my face. They’ve saved it because I had a really big indention, because of the large mass that was removed, and I’m just so grateful for them.” Khloé first had fillers 9 months after the surgery, but explained that the 7Q spa clinicians came by and “tweaked me again.”
Khloé shared pics of just how long the scar was from her surgery, and explained what they did to help fill in her cheek: “We put a biostimulant filler in my face. It’s a larger size that we have to fill because it was quite a large indentation.”
In spite of the indentation, Khloé kept things in perspective, saying she’s “Just really grateful: Grateful that I was able to even remove that skin cancer from my face, grateful that I had the blessing of Garth Fisher, who did remove it so carefully, and the girls at 7Q Spa who helped me keep it from looking almost nonexistent.”
“So thank you guys,” she continued, sharing a photo with the 7Q Spa clinicians.
The Good American founder had documented her struggle with skin cancer on season three of The Kardashians — and explained that she shared her health scare to remind others to get regular skin checks. “Melanoma is deadly,” she admitted in a confessional. “This is way more serious than I anticipated it to be.”
“At 19 years old, I had melanoma on my back, and I had a surgery to remove that as well … we should be checking all the time,” Khloé said at the time. “I am someone who wears sunscreen every single day, religiously, so no one is exempt from these things. Please take this seriously and do regular self-exams as well as your annual checkups.”
