In a recent discussion at 90s Con in Hartford, Conn., Chabert, 42, reminisced about the atmosphere on set during those concluding moments. As she answered audience questions, she recalled how she and her on-screen siblings all “burst into tears” when the director signaled the last cut.

“I thought it was a really nice way to end the show. I remember when we did that take, and they called, like, ‘That’s a wrap,’ and we all just suddenly burst into tears. We hugged and cried and stayed there for a long time because it was truly difficult to say goodbye in that way,” she shared.
She elaborated, “When you spend six years of your life with a group of people, they become family. We all stay in touch, and they mean so much to me. To have that opportunity [to work with Wolf again]—that full circle moment—was special.”
“We were both there with our families, and our daughters were playing together, which was surreal and sweet. It was such a wonderful chance to be together again,” she added.
Most recently, Chabert starred in the Netflix holiday movie Hot Frosty, which quickly became popular on the platform following its November 2024 premiere. She expressed her enjoyment of working on the film, describing it as an “absolute blast” and confirmed her willingness to pursue similar projects for the network.
